About Chuck Farr

I have lived in the Austin area since 1982, when I planted my fading canvass tent from Indiana along the shore of Lake Travis on Hudson Bend and started my new life as a Texan. Since then, I have enjoyed the blessed life of all Austinites and have grown to love this land. I have bought and sold my own land, lakefront, homes, and ranches over the years ranging from Dripping Springs to Round Rock, from Voca to Taylor and to the North Shore of Lake Travis, so real estate is one of my many passions. I like helping people, so this gives me the chance to do what I like for folks who are looking for real estate solutions. For me, it's about giving each client the good, bad, and ugly about any property and giving expert service with passion and with low pressure. I know that people want honesty and control. They need to know the agent will get them to the closing table with calm confidence and less stress.

I have been a REALTOR® since 2009 and licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Broker since 2014. I also received the Outstanding Production Award among the "Top Producers for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2022" with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Texas Realty. Also in 2018, BHHS honored me with the Honor Society award--in the top 14% of nationwide gross commission income.
